Variobloom is an AI-powered care platform for neurodiverse children and the adults around them — parents, therapists, special educators, and schools. We are built and operated by an independent team in India. Our mission is to make quality, personalised support accessible to every neurodiverse family regardless of geography or ability.

Variobloom is designed for neurodiverse users of all ages, with additional protections for users under 18. Only a parent or legal guardian may create an account on behalf of a minor; they must be 18 or older. Schools, NGOs, and therapy centres may register institutional accounts (see Section 4). All access by children is mediated by a registered adult on the care team.

Aria is the AI companion at the heart of Variobloom. She is powered by third-party AI language and image-generation models, and adapts to your child's communication style and language preference.

Important: Aria is not a medical device and is not a replacement for professional therapy, counselling, or clinical diagnosis. She is a complement to — not a substitute for — qualified human care. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or therapeutic decisions.

Schools, NGOs, therapy centres, and individual clinicians may register under institutional or professional accounts. Institutional admins are responsible for obtaining informed consent from each child's parent or legal guardian before adding them, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and any other applicable Indian law. Therapists must sign our clinician terms and AI session consent at signup, and a BAA-grade agreement is recorded when joining a child's care team.

Variobloom offers a free tier and paid plans (Essential, Pro, and custom institutional plans). Plans are chosen and paid for per child by the clinician, clinic or school responsible for that child's programme — a parent is never charged. Each child sits on their own tier, billed monthly or as a single annual payment covering 12 months. Current pricing is always shown on our pricing page. All payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store full payment details on our servers.

We do not auto-renew or auto-charge your payment method. When a paid plan reaches its end date the child returns to the free tier; nothing is deleted, and the parent keeps their record, their exports and their right to erasure. To change or cancel a plan, email support@variobloom.com — plan changes are processed within 1 business day. If we ever introduce recurring billing, we will notify you in advance and ask for your explicit consent first.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you're not happy with Variobloom for any reason within 30 days of being charged, email us at support@variobloom.com and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method — no forms, no justification needed. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days by Razorpay.

By using Variobloom you agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for anything other than the education, learning, and wellbeing of neurodiverse users.
• Attempt to extract, scrape, reverse-engineer, or exploit Aria, our prompts, model outputs, or any part of the platform.
• Share your account credentials, or create an account for another adult without their consent.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates someone else's privacy or intellectual property.
• Use Aria to make clinical, medical, legal, or financial decisions without qualified human review.
• Circumvent rate limits, safety filters, or role-based access controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or put children at risk. Where possible we'll warn you first; for serious safety issues we may act immediately. You may close your own account at any time — see Section 7 of our Privacy Policy for data-deletion details.

Variobloom, the name “Aria”, our logos, software, model prompts, scene illustrations, and designs are the property of Variobloom and protected by Indian and international intellectual-property law.

Content you create or upload — including your child's name, profile data, session transcripts, IEP goals, milestones, custom characters, and stories — remains your property. By using Variobloom you grant us a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to process this content solely to operate the service for you. We do not claim ownership of your child's data and we do not use it to train external models.

Variobloom is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep the platform safe, available, and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, or any specific learning outcome. Aria's responses are AI-generated and may occasionally be incorrect; do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total cumulative liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid to Variobloom in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.

We will update these terms as the product evolves. For any material change (anything that affects your rights, fees, or data handling) we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of your use of Variobloom will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India. Before initiating any formal action, please contact us — most concerns can be resolved by talking to a human.
